The National Ringette League (NRL) was founded in 2002 and began play the following year. The league was created with the goal of promoting the sport of Ringette and allow for the best players in the country to compete against each other.  With 13 current teams across the country the National Ringette League is the showcase league in Canada and is committed to the ongoing development and competition of high level Ringette athletes. The development offered to players in the NRL allows them the opportunity to be scouted for Ringette Canada’s Senior and Junior National Teams. The NRL works closely alongside the Team Canada coaching staff to ensure a high-performance environment that aligns with their vision.
